We want you to be completely satisfied with your rosary or apparel purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your rosary or apparel within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility: The rosary must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, including all accompanying packaging, tags, and accessories. Returns that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

2. Return Process:

   • Contact our customer service team at info@lastweapon.com within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

   • Package the rosary securely, including the original receipt or proof of purchase and the RAN.

   • Ship the package to 103 Mathew Ct, Melba, ID 83641 using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring the package, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

3. Refunds:

   • Once we receive and inspect the returned rosary, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. The refund will cover the purchase price of the rosary, excluding original and return shipping costs.

4. Exclusions:

   • Personalized or custom-made rosaries are non-returnable unless defective.

   • Returns without an RAN or received after 30 days will not be accepted.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items:

   • If your rosary is defective or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a full refund or replacement upon verification.
